A big "thank you" for everyone who has been praying for my dad. As you know, he had surgery last week to remover tumors from his bladder and he got his pathology report today. Things were far better than we had hoped and, as of right now, my dad will not require any further treatment. We are very thankful his cancer seems to be slow growing and his surgery seems to be successful.
The picture of the day today serves as a reminder to me of the important things in life. It is tragedy that causes us to cling together and, today- a day marked by tragedy- it is what makes me thankful for our little family and the things that matter most.
