Today’s update is going to be
a short one because this Momma is still banned from the NICU. I had a fever
this morning and you must be fever free for 24 hours before you can go into the
NICU; thankfully, my fever broke about 10 this morning so you better believe
I’ll be at the NICU in the morning!
A couple of quick notes about
the kiddos:
Jack surprised all the nurses
by taking 15ml of his bottle last night (5x what he took yesterday) and then he
spent the majority of his day sleeping and growing. He did get to kangaroo with
his dad, so I’m sure he enjoyed his day.
Harper is still on
antibiotics and a high flow nasal cannula. Her nurse said she was much more
lively today, alert and seemed happier. She is still having some bradys and
breathing problems, which are troublesome to us, but we pray these episodes will
gradually diminish. She had fewer bradys today than she did yesterday, so
that’s something.
