The kiddos are both growing and getting
bigger and stronger. Harper put on 50 grams last night and Jack is close to
reaching 5 ½ lbs. This weight gain is thanks, in part, to the kids learning to
eat for themselves instead of depending solely on a Gavage tube. This morning,
Jack nursed for about 10 minutes and did a good job latching on and maintaining
his latch. I spent most of my time with Jack today, so Tony got to hang out
with Harper tonight. While he was spending time with her, he also got to offer
her a bottle. The picture of the day is Tony feeding Harper a bottle. This is
the first bottle Tony has fed either one of the kids- the first of many, many
bottles, I’m sure. He did a great job and then Harper got to spend the
remainder of her feeding time snuggling with her dad- a great reward for her
